OVERDOSAGE
Single doses around 800 mg are already given to healthy subjects, and multiple doses approximately 300 mg happen to be presented to patients. In the event of overdose, standard supportive measures need to be adopted PRN. Renal dialysis is not expected to accelerate clearance because avanafil is extremely sure to plasma proteins and is not significantly eliminated within the urine.
